Account Manager Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Account Manager in building long-term relationships with customers
  2. Coordinate with Account Managers to create sales plans for clients
  3. Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in person meetings; ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries
  4. Gather information on assigned clients
  5. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied
  6. Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  7. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks

Job Requirements

  1. Proven work experience in relevant sales role
  2. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English or Chinese
  3. Ability to prioritize tasks
  4. BA degree in Business Administration or relevant field
