Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Manager in building long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinate with Account Managers to create sales plans for clients
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in person meetings; ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries
- Gather information on assigned clients
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in relevant sales role
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English or Chinese
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- BA degree in Business Administration or relevant field
